All tweet is not appearing

Hi,

i am using twitter api for making tweet from my site, tweet is appearing in my twitter account when i am doing tweet from my sites but when i am doing tweet with pound symbol . its not appearing

any idea why this is happening.

i got the idea, when i have added meta in page then its working properly
