Age Verification System support email is not responding

Hi,

Setting up age system for Twitter accounts is a great thing but 1 month after the launch, I started to contact Buddy Media support email and did not get any answer. Is it still supported? I think you could enhance this or at least make sure people who ask support receive answers.
