I have uploaded a .csv file which has 250 legitimated Twitter profiles/accounts under “list” tailored audience.
After uploading and processing the file under “list” tailored audience, it is showing as “Audience too small”.
I would be happy to see if you could check or provide me any information on why this can happen. I believe that it is not possible that out of 250 records there are not 100 of them which are active. In fact, out of those 250 Twitter profiles, 100 are verified Twitter account.

Hi @pri_fact officially this forum is only for API related inquiries but I can quickly comment that in general active user is only one reason a user may not be valid for targeting, and I would recommend to use larger audiences in any case since our system will be able to better optimize for delivery with a somewhat larger audience than bare minimum size.

I have created a list of around 3k twitter and used the same for the creation of the “List” type of tailored audience.
In the Audience Manager, it is showing as “Ready” with “Twitter Size” = 595.
But I am not able to see the same list in the “Custom audience” part of the Campaign creator.
Attached are the screenshots of the same.
Can you please help me on this one.!

@pri_fact did you figure it out the non showing up problem? Also, can you know which users were finally selected to remove the invalid from the csv?
