I made a proposal to use the Developer API, but because I did not get the email asking for more info, it was rejected.
No matter, I want to make a completely new, uncontroversial proposal.
Absolutely nothing to do with the previous proposal.
But when I navigate to the Labs page, all it does is tell me that my old proposal is rejected. It does not allow me to make a new proposal.
I really want to get a move on on this. How do I make a brand new proposal?
