AdsAPIv1 creation account issue on POST https://ads-api.twitter.com/1/accounts/

Hello,
My Ads App have a write access but I get a ‘METHOD_NOT_ALLOWED’ message (details below) when i try to create an account with Ads API.
App ID = 12213799
It would be great to have any help Thanks !!!

Ads account creation is not supported through the API – the API allows you to access and manage existing advertiser accounts. Thus, a POST request is not supported on the https://ads-api.twitter.com/1/accounts/ endpoint.

However, you can create a advertiser account in the sandbox environment (not production)
