Do twitter have an API or direct link to download export data about spend?

I checked there Ads API i.e. https://developer.twitter.com/en/docs/api-reference-index but seems its not there. Im not sure how supermatrics pull data i.e. https://supermetrics.com/integrations/twitter-ads

Yes, it is possible to pull the spend data using the Analytics APIs. Please see the below documentations for more details.
