Hi @flamingLamb1! Another user had the same problem, but reported that the sandbox was up again: Audience Upload via Ads API - #22 by Vinoth

Try to retry your call, as this seems to be a temporary problem.

The sandbox appears to be up and available as of right now. If you’re still experiencing issues, could you please confirm in this thread?

A fix has been made in the past few hours which should restore sandbox availability for all users. Please let us know if you’re continuing to see issues
