Ads API re-authentication problem

Hi,

I folllow the instruction to regenerate the token for Ads API access:

However, after regenerating token, I still cannot access the API but receiving the error.

When we began enforcing the new app scopes on 2019-01-18, developers who use the authentication credentials directly from the developer portal were unable to access the Ads API. This did not affect users who authenticate using 3-legged OAuth. We have identified and fixed the root cause.
