Adding twitter cards

This may be a silly question, as I am a tech novice.

I want to add the Twitter card features to my tweets, as my website is built using WordPress.

Question, do I add the code to my website or Twitter account? Which ever placement is correct, where specifically do I place the code?

Probably the easiest way to do this would be to use our official Wordpress plugin.
