Adding / Deleting Subscriptions to Account Activity




Getting error code 131 while trying to add and remove subscriptions. This is not happening consistently though but happening at times. Can you please help us why this error occurs and means to prevent this. We are under enterprise tier of account activity API.

When you say “happening at times” - does this mean that it works most of the time? And when you receive a 131 error code back, have you tried adding the same user subscription again after a short while? Was that successful/not?
