Background:
I have created a project in our developer portal with one app associated with it, that has been verified and given access to the Twitter Ads API. However we would like to create a separate app that we can use to run and test against in our development environment, and I can’t seem to find a way of creating another app from within the UI. I am the administrator of the project and the existing app. There also seems to be no way of creating another project.
Is it possible to add a new app to an existing project in the developer portal? Or is it possible to create a separate second project in the developer portal?

Unfortunately, at the moment, it is only possible to have a single project (which grants access to the Early Access v2 API) containing a single application. The Projects FAQ is here. This is likely to change as we expand access to v2.
You can continue to use v1.1 of the standard API, alongside v7 or v8 of the Ads API, from a standalone app.
We recognise that this is not an ideal situation if you specifically need access to features or metadata in v2.

this is definitely confusing. Any timeline on when developers will be able to create a second project? or even… a second app?
