Adaptative rate limits on app level

Greetings,

Following this thread I would like to confirm if adaptative rate limits also applies on app level, that is in such circumtances can the app send more than 15K messages a day? Or should we apply for that?

Great question - If you optimize your usage of the API maximize usage of the adaptive rate limits, you should be able to post that much daily. Regardless, if you are planning on posting that much, it wouldn’t hurt to try to apply for the rate limit elevation.
