I am creating ad group in app install objective in version 10, but getting following error from API

app_id(5388311) in LineItemApp(app_id:5388311, deleted:false) does not refer to any MactConversionSetting

is there anything I missed? Following are details I am trying to submit while creating line item:

This validation error is indicating that the mobile app being promoted doesn’t have conversion tracking set up. This line item cannot use an APP_INSTALLS goal without using mobile conversion tracking.

docs:

The APP_CLICKS and APP_INSTALLS options are available for APP_INSTALL and APP_ENGAGEMENTS objectives and may require using a supported MACT partner.

The advertiser would either need to set up conversion tracking or use a different goal.
