Action-information text on tweet dialog

HI All,

I have a tweet button that generates a pop-up dialog when you click on it. Now, when the pop-up is triggered there is a

section in the form with text like:

share a link or what keeps you busy etc.

When viewing the html source of this form it says this:

(text is in dutch).

My question is: can I change this text when the dialog is opened? I would like to add some customized/personalized/more friendly text.

Sorry, I see that my html example has removed. This is the section that I would like to change:
