Hi. We’re inside the #Promote challenge, yet, as of, we are unable to fully access the platform, for which there is no reply from the page it redirects. Any idea in what could be causing this issue? Somehow it relates to PGP for which I don’t really know a thing.

Can you elaborate? Do you have access to the Ads API already?

If you have applied for Ads API Access, can you let me know what Company name or App ID you applied with?

Yes, access to the Ads API is successful.

The company name is Greentwip and the App ID is 12113407
