Account transfer between twitter api

I currently have two corporate accounts and individual accounts
I’m waiting.
As a result of asking for both,

One approved
The other is not approved

May I ask you to transfer an account with APKI key?

It is rejected though conforming to twitter policy
I can not even reexamine it, I am in trouble.
