Account Locked from Ads API

Hi,

We are having issues accessing any Ads API.

An example call:
twurl -t -H ads-api.twitter.com /0/accounts/18ce53zmr95/tailored_audience_changes -X GET

returns:
{“errors”:[{“code”:“ACCOUNT_LOCKED_OUT”,“message”:“Account is locked out”}],“request”:{“params”:{}}}

We have been following the guidelines outlined for use of the Ads API and would like some clarification on why our account was locked and what to do to get it unlocked.

@TealiumJTG we don’t have the ability to unlock your account for you, only Twitter’s Ads Support team can assist you with that. You should log into ads.twitter.com then click the “Help” link in the top right to open a support case for the issue with your account.
