account_id for campaign management

Where can i find my account_id, its needed for campaign management.
I called https://ads-api.twitter.com/0/accounts from REST API, but getting error

If you are still blocked on this - it’s easy to find your accountId when you go to this page in your browser: https://ads.twitter.com/accounts. Sign in with the @userid you registered the account with. When signed in, you’ll see a list of all ad accounts associated with this userid, and the accountId (ID) listed alongside them.
