Is there a way to fix this? I thoughtlessly updated client twitter handle @ROARMACC with birth date as they are celebrating 5 years shortly - this of course triggered under 13 years rule and account is locked. I’ve sent screen shot of companies house data showing incorporation date but it just says legal document required. HELP!
I made the same mistake before (Turns out that’s not a feature you can use just for aesthetics) - you need to send your own ID, not the company’s for age verification.
