How to see what balance on the account?

You can find invoices for your Marketplace payouts here. You can also pull a report from the Reports tab to estimate what your future payouts will be. More details on Marketplace payments here.
I just do not understand why I can not see the balance on my account? So it is possible in Chartboost or admob.
No payments to display on my account. And my earnings are more than the payment threshold, what can I do? Please help me.
