Account Activity Webhook Api

Hello ,

I got https://github.com/twitterdev/twitter-webhook-boilerplate-node this boilerplate to consume events via Account Activity API. I just followed each step but when creating webhook config I am getting respose as

{“errors”:[{“code”:32,“message”:“Could not authenticate you.”}]}

After many search I came to know I have to fill the below form.

So now when will I get the response from twitter about acceptance or rejection? How will I come to know about my form status? Will I get mail ?

I had submitted the form on 7-12-2017.
