As the title states, the Account Activity API does not appear to return any direct messages right now.

To be more specific, most event webhooks are being delivered as usual, but webhooks for direct messages appear to be missing for most users. They do arrive very sporadically, but it’s very inconsistent.

The same phenomenon as the above is occurring. I would appreciate it if you could give me some improvement measures.
