Hello there, I recently applied for premium access to the APIs and was hoping to play around with the new endpoints for possible insights it could have in our business. After applying and waiting a few days, I received an email asking for more details on my intentions with the API. After describing my basic ideas, I then received another email the next day, saying:
"Your Twitter developer account application was not approved.
Thank you for your interest in developer access. We are unable to serve your use case at this time."
And when I went back to reapply, I was met with a page that said:
"Account access revoked.
Your developer account access has been revoked. The most common cause of this is a violation of Developer Agreement and Policy."
My intention was never to break the rules, but clearly something in the usage description I wrote was an issue. Is there a process I can go through to figure out what that is, correct it, and re-apply? Or someone specific I need to get in contact with to clear this up?
I hope this is a common occurrence for new users trying to access the APIs and has a simple fix. Any help or direction is appreciated!
