According the Error 'Failed to validate oauth signature and token'? please help

Hi All
I am trying to retrieve the request_token From the Twitter but all the time I am getting error as ‘Failed to validate oauth signature and token’’.
Below are the all aspects I have Checked.

1. Consumer Key:-- Exact match.
2. Timestamps:- Exact Match
3. oauth Nonce:- I am generating random string with 19 characters.
4. Base String :- POST&https%3A%2F%2Fapi.twitter.com%2Foauth%2Frequest_token&oauth_callback%3Dhttps%253A%252F%252Fconnectfb-developer-edition.ap1.force.com%26oauth_consumer_key%3DbYIEV7aqBToe8GbMhSNAdQ%26oauth_nonce%3D3052848063851731824%26oauth_signature_method%3DHMAC-SHA1%26oauth_timestamp%3D1367488772
   5)Header :- OAuth oauth_callback=“https%3A%2F%2Fconnectfb-developer-edition.ap1.force.com”, oauth_nonce=“3052848063851731824”, oauth_signature_method=“HMAC-SHA1”, oauth_consumer_key=“bYIEV7aqBToe8GbMhSNAdQ”, oauth_timestamp=“1367488772”, oauth_signature=“VFPjhQFTdF2XeX6cMgt56zF9fCw%3D”

Please let me know if any other information is required. and please help to resolve the same urgent.
