Accessing multiple Ads accounts

We are currently managing multiple Twitter ads accounts independently. Each handle has separate campaigns and funding sources. All Ads accounts are linked and have access to one another.

A single API key for one of our ads account has been Whitelisted. Is it possible to authorize our additional accounts using the single whitelisted app id we have to access all account’s campaign data?

Have you taken a look at the Obtaining Ads Account Access page? It should give you all the details of how to access grant your application access to advertiser accounts.
