Dear fellow users,
I recently managed to integrate the twitcurl library into a C++ desktop application I am developing. I am now trying to get access to all the direct messages sent to a specific twitter account (@planmixplay).
I am able to access credentials verification (via accountVerifyCredGet()) without any problem, but when I try to access the direct messages I get nothing back from the twitter API. Just a pair of brackets, essentially an empty JSON list.
Checking the API it seems all the parameters are optional. There are only 4 private messages tied to the account currently, so I am wondering why I am getting nothing in return. Shouldn’t I be getting at least those 4 if I don’t specifiy any parameters?
I’ve double checked the GET command, and it looks good to me. What might I be missing?
