Hello, can i access twitter using HTTP(not s) protocol. A year ago there was such an oppotunity, what about now? I just didn’t find such setting in my profile settings

You cannot. We automatically redirect almost all twitter traffic to HTTPS now, to ensure that your session credentials are never communicated in the clear.
