Access token still in read-write mode


I have updated Twitica Desktop (id 116611) to ask for direct message permission since the announcement date and seems that my access token is still in read-write mode.

I have revoked access and reauthorized but the OAuth screen still says cannot access direct message.

Did you use the oauth/authorize or the oauth/authenticate method? Note that you’ll never be able to negotiate a RWD access level token with oauth/authenticate. You need to use [node:36]


Yes I did, and after I changed the endpoint it works!
