Access token not being generated

Hi,

Whenever I click on the “Create my access token” button I receive the following message:

“Your OAuth access token has been successfully created.
Note that this may take a moment to reflect.”

However, the access token is never generated. I have been trying this for two days now. Can you please help me understand what may be wrong?

I also noticed the following:

I created two applications and have tried deleting one but that never seems to take effect either…
When I try to recreate my keys I receive a successfully completed message but the keys never change…

Seems like something is wrong on the Twitter side.

My Current Setup is a mirror copy of another working application for another account altogether.
