Access denied for no reason

Hello, guys! I’ve a big issues trying to create a new app. I’m my developer account I have 2 apps and I can’t look the keys… when trying to create a new one I get the message:

Access denied
You are not authorized to access this page.

and tells me to log in again (?). The same thing happen with my personal account… no apps created yet, first time using the dev/app section and I get the same “Access denied” message.

Can anyone tell me what it’s wrong???

Same here on Windows 10 with Chrome Version 53.0.2785.116 m (64-bit), Firefox 48.0.2 and Microsoft Edge 25.10586.0.0 and different Twitter accounts.

I have the same problem. I can also NOT edit my old app! Any advices?

Same here, issue with Firefox, Chrome. Windows and Linux…
“Access denied …” sometime it works, sometime it ask to sign in…
