Accesing direct messages

I have set my application read-write-direct messages(RWD) access but still when i access my application it says

This application will not be able to:

Access your direct messages.
See your Twitter password.

Also accessing messages via oauth fails.

Anyone know solution?

Hi @kinkypyper,

Make sure that when your OAuth library is sending you to the authorize step, that you’re going to https://api.twitter.com/oauth/authorize and not https://api.twitter.com/oauth/authenticate – the second URL doesn’t allow for DM privilege granting.
