Academic Twitter - Retreive tweets on profile location

I’m trying to retrieve tweets with a certain hashtag in a certain period in a certain location. I can use basic R, but I cannot get academictwitteR to work for this

Are you familiar with issuing terminal commands? (If not, there’s a quick tutorial)

I would begin here, to get the basics of setting up a command line utility up: Collect Twitter Data with Twarc! · Learn Twarc! That twarc tutorial doesn’t use the academic access endpoint, but it’s good practice to get familiar with using tools to get data.
