Hi,

I have a question regarding the requirements for academic research access.
Given the case that a business is connected to a research institution that conducts R&D for its products, would it be allowed for that institution to make use of an academic research account for social monitoring purposes? I was not sure because the final purpose would be a commercial one, as the research is conducted in order to enhance the business performance.
