I’m trying to get the full archive of tweets and the maximum requests I can make per month are 100 with 1.25M tweets. My question is the following: If I’m only allowed to have 500 tweets per request why is the limit 1.25M? The maximum should be 50K, I am wrong?

The 1.25M limit is an upper bound that’s not really possible to reach normally, unless you go through all the upgrades. I don’t know why they even have that limit. v1.1 Premium is limited by calls, so I would ignore the tweet limit. 1 request in paid premium is also either 500 tweets or 30 days worth of tweets, whichever is first, so you will run out of calls long before you even reach the tweet limit.
