Is it possible to change the level of usage that is selected when applying for the premium API if (or if) the number of requests per month is likely to reach the limit?

and I found this comment while researching the above, but does this mean that I can change the number of requests with approval from Twitter?

Yeah I think they made the Premium thing way more complicated than it needed to be.

I don’t think there’s a way to alter the number of requests, but you can purchase a higher tier.

The way i understand it is: To get more requests, you can purchase a higher tier, but your requests won’t reset immediately - so if you used 100 requests in a month when you had the $99 tier, and want to upgrade to the next tier in the same month, you will have an extra 150, not the full 250 until a new month resets.
