About account activity api Subscription limit

I would like to know if the Subscription limit for account activity api is for the entire app or whether is it per authorized user ?

eg: i f i buy 25 subscription for 339 usd and suppose i have 100 authorized users of my app, then can each of the authorized user subscribe to 25 different accounts?

Only one app can be set up as an environment for the Account Activity API, the subscription number is per app.

You can check your subscription count, or get a list of subscriptions on the account.
