We submitted our original request for elevated post limits 74 days ago and haven’t received any response. I’ve since submitted the same form 2 or 3 more times.
We still have tons of members using our site unable to have their posts go out to twitter due to app-level limits and we’re still actively preventing more members from connecting to twitter to prevent an influx of tickets asking why their post didn’t go out.
Are we ever going to receive a response? 74 days, honestly?

Hi @andypiper are you able to give any insight into what the deal is here? Now we’re starting to get feedback from our members that they’re frustrated they can’t use our platform to post to twitter. Should I just have our support team start directing those users here to post their frustrations?
pretty sure after this amount of time they’re not gonna answer (or maybe the email got spam binned?)
I don’t think it’s gone to our spam, I’ve been searching all my inbox folders everytime before responding. The auto response when I submit the form comes through fine. I haven’t gone as far as checking our exchange server to see if it’s getting blocked at that level though. I would think if they had responded they could at least comment back in a thread and say they’ve sent a response.
I’m just not sure what else I can do but keep posting to remind them that we’re waiting on a response.
Feels like the only option left is to instruct some of our more tech saavy members to come start posting in these forums that they’re unable to post because of the post limits. Twitter’s not really giving us any options other than be loud and annoying.

We’ve been really patient! It has been 95 (!!!) days since we requested a POST rate limit increase for our application. The responses here have been appreciated but it would be much more appreciated (and useful) if you would contact your development team and make this happen. This is hugely unprofessional to leave a request pending for over three months. Please escalate our apps POST rate limit request within your organization and respond when it has been accepted.
