500 error returned - asked to report to Twitter

Hi,

We got the following response when posting a tweet via the REST API. It asked us to report it to you, so here you are:

500:Something is broken. Please post to the group (https://dev.twitter.com/docs/support) so the Twitter team can investigate.
message - Internal error
code - 131

Thanks. Unfortunately that error alone is not enough to diagnose the issue, are you able to share any more information about your code and what you were attempting to post at the time of the error? Is this happening consistently?
