500: Can't connect to api.twitter.com:443

I’m posting to the twitter news from my site using Perl library “Net::Twitter::Lite::WithAPIv1_1”.
From yesterday it stop working throwing and errors “500: Can’t connect to api.twitter.com:443”
It looks like IP of my server is banned, because when I’m doing “wget api.twitter.com:443” I got:

How could I fix this?

I’m having the same issue. Script was working and suddenly stopped working a couple days ago with the error: “500: Can’t connect to api.twitter.com:443”

The same script works without issue on another server.
