420 Exceeded connection limit for user

Hi everybody,

I’m developing an app using, twython for stream and did not have a good handle to release the connection. Stream api returns me:

420 Exceeded limit for user connection

1. What are the steps to lift this restriction
2. What is the best way to stream for 2 hours straight.
3. Is there any way to see from some twitter api few calls were made to not fall back into the same problem
