400 Bad request when updating status with multiple images

HI Guys

I am trying to update status with multiple images on twitter from c# but i get an error as 400 Bad request.
The steps followed

Upload images to twitter using media/upload and get the media ids
Post Status using statuses/update with media_ids as parameters(I send the media Ids as comma separated string)

Sometimes the post is successful.

but when I try to post 4 images, each with the size between 1 Mb to 3 Mb(as 3 Mb is the limit) I get 400 bad request error

How do I avoid this error
