I would wish to find out do all Twitter’s inventories accept 3PAS VAST tags or Display HTML tags?

Wonder if anyone can guide me through this topic? As we are informed certain ad formats allow 3PAS tag execution, thus we wanted to confirm the feasibility to roll out 3PAS tags for our advertisers.
