2013 Streaming API changes are too restrictive

Dear Twitter,

Your changing the requirements for the streaming API has resulted in my (and you’d suspect many others when reading your own developers blog) discontinuing the embedded streaming twitter feed into my company website.

Why? You’ve made the control of graphical display impractical and too restricted.

Result: I will (and you’d suspect many others too when reading your own developers blog) stop using twitter all together. Twitter was useful when a user could tie the feed directly to a website and have it integrate seamlessly but as soon as you took that seamless integration away (via your 2013 policy and API changes) you hampered and obstructed the application so significantly that twitter is now of little value.
