000 appearing in description but isn't in meta

Adding implementation to http://www.internationalmedicalcorps.org.uk/ via the “Wordpress SEO by Yoast” plugin. The resulting card (https://twitter.com/that_web_guy/status/477108770770661377) displayes "000 " before the description, however this isn’t in the twitter:description meta.

What is causing this and how do I remove it?

I don’t see this on the tweet anymore. But if you have issues, I’d contact SEO Yoast directly.
